Unique Inc. has been providing Snow Removal service since 1980. We have developed our company into a full commercial and municipal service. The two most important things to consider when hiring a snow removal contractor is reliability and proper equipment. At Unique Inc. one of our most important assets is complete communication with our employees and customers. The office is always manned and the telephone is always answered by a person not a machine during any snow event. All trucks have full communication (phones and pagers).

Our fleet of equipment ranges from a pickup truck to large dump trucks all equipped with snow plows, & from bobcat loaders to large Caterpillar loaders equipped with (Pro-Tech snow blades). We are very proud to be one of the first contractors to use these blades. They are the perfect addition to any contractor that does shopping centers. It is the most efficient way to do large scale properties that require all parking spaces clear. (Please see pictures of Pro- Tech blades) Unique Inc. also offers a full salting and sanding service with a variety of different salters to handle anyone's needs. What makes us different than many contractors is that we do full snow removal on shopping centers so that every parking space is available. Snow is plowed into a pile and removed by a loader and put into a dump truck for removal.
